The a3 estimation reaches the CRLB, whereas the a2 and θ RMSEs are about 3 and 6 dB above the CRLBs, respectively.
In both the second and third scenarios, the a2 estimation reaches the CRLB, while the θ RMSEs are above the corresponding CRLBs by about 1 dB.
