With the quantization step of the (m,n th DCT mode q m,n(QF1) estimated, the quality factor QF1 can be estimated by comparing q m,n(QF1) with the default quantization table Q default.
The obtained analysis results show the significance difference between the two models for estimating the quality factor of the micro- and nano-mechanical beam resonators.
