This tool allows the addition of several solvents (via drag and drop from the sample list, via drawing and generating a solvent from scratch, or via a selection from a dropdown menu) and volumes, for which the concentration of reagents is estimated automatically and given in the reaction table (Fig. 8).
In all cases the Jones-Taylor-Thornton (JTT) substitution matrix was used, the proportion of invariant sites estimated automatically and the best scoring tree used for visualization.
The ARFIMA model used here is estimated automatically using the Hyndman and Khandakar [31] algorithm explained above, and the Haslett and Raftery [34] algorithm for estimating the parameters including d.
In addition, after the blur support, greater than the original one, is specified by the user, all unknown parameters and the estimates of the unknown image and blur are estimated automatically as described in Sections 2 and 2. Specifying the blur support for the unknown blur is common with the state-of-the-art approaches (see [12 14, 16, 19]).
Most SWAT parameters can be estimated automatically using the GIS interface and meteorological information combined with internal model databases (Srinivasan et al. 1998; Zhang et al. 2008).
However, the underlying IPD are estimated automatically using the Online spreadsheet, and the curves can be fit using the Online R statistics code with minimal input from the user.
The number of components was estimated automatically for both resting-state fMRI and task-positive fMRI using the Laplace approximation to the Bayesian evidence for a probabilistic principal component model (Beckmann and Smith, 2005), which resulted in 22 and 15 independent components for resting-state and task-positive fMRI, respectively.

As mentioned above, there are two possible ways of creating prototypes to initialize the automatic method: (1) from parameters estimated automatically (A-ME) or (2) corrected manually (M-ME).
This was done using two-dimensional gaussian functions to represent the spots, as shown in Fig. 5, with the location, amplitude, and standard deviation coefficients all estimated automatically from the background-subtracted image in two dimensions, using the Levenberg-Marquardt method [ 10].
The parameters for enhancement are estimated automatically.
