To respond to needs for training the different categories of staff in health care, education establishments, research centres in human medicine and veterinary, and professionals of the environment, in order to set up an optimal health care waste management.
Research productivity, including publications and presentations in the years before establishing research teams and the 8 years subsequent to establishment of research teams with faculty mentors, was reviewed.
Rather than investing in cutting-edge new treatments and promising new therapies, our research establishment -- which, by nature, is structured for caution -- tends to hunker down and focus on established research that promises more incremental returns.
Hence, Chinese ethnology had been built into an independent and full-fledged discipline with the establishment of research entities, implementation of independent research and teaching activities, and the complete mastery of leading theories.
The establishment of research ethics boards has not solved all the ethical problems of biomedical research though.
A series of recommendations are made that could address these challenges including reassessing the current capacity of municipalities, the establishment of research centers, the amendment of municipalities' laws, human resource development and the encouragement of joint research.
