Fourth, the ability of these data to distinguish events in which no error occurred from true medical errors is uncertain.
Post hoc comparisons indicated that this decrease in variable error occurred from the first to the second block.

Firstly, they may result from errors occurring during the reconstruction process, such as inherent inaccuracies in feature detection, false matching, and errors in estimation of fundamental and projection matrices.
Errors occurring at the transition from bone to background areas due to image acquisition artefacts (black edges, structure blurring) were corrected manually.
