Mr Kelly said on Wednesday that he did not envisage any change in the Irish government's policy on water charges.
Asked if he envisages any change in the presenting team of the Today programme over the next 12 months, for example, he replies: "I severely doubt it.
"She is aware, as everybody is, that everything is under review – but I do think that that particular scheme with Australia works very well, so I wouldn't envisage a change".

It is also difficult to envisage a change in the growth model with the same strategy followed by structural reforms since the 1990s, and, in particular, during the crisis.
The Government, however, responded that the Articles did envisage a change in the election of representative peers.
"There are some complexities, not least because of scheduling and existing structures, but we envisage the changes being implemented for 2019.
Asked whether the Government remained open to amending the legislation, the Prime Minister's official spokesman said: "I would not envisage significant changes to the Health Bill.
Lancaster said: "I think we will still be inexperienced, but I don't envisage wholesale changes.
"You wouldn't envisage wholesale changes, but there's going to be some competition and that's the way we want it".
