Environmental monitoring is meant to be tool that determines whether an environment is fit to live in and detects when problems occur.
For each DMR, a mixed model with cis, CMT2, and genome-wide trans effects, plus environment and genetic interactions with environment was fitted (see 'Materials and methods').
