For statistical analysis, we took into account each single entry in the headache diary (migraine events).
Following the run-in period, patients who were 80% compliant in diary entry and had migraine headaches at least 8 but less than 14 days per 28 days were randomized and treated subcutaneously once every 28 days with either 225 mg or 675 mg fremanezumab or placebo.
