"entitled of" is not correct and usable in written English.
This is because it is not a grammatically correct phrase. An example of correct and usable phrase in written English would be "entitled to," as in "The employee was entitled to three weeks of vacation."
This paradox was beautifully captured in the title of his autobiography — Not Entitled – of which my inscribed copy is a treasured possession and which opens with a line from Coriolanus: "He was a kind of nothing, titleless".
