The phrase "entitled leader" is correct and usable in written English
It can be used to describe a leader who believes they deserve certain privileges or rights, often without justification.
Example: "The entitled leader often disregarded the opinions of team members, believing their position granted them superior insight."
Alternatives: "privileged leader" or "self-important leader"
The strategy is being continued under the coalition government which came to power in May 2010 with a programme entitled "New leaders in Early Years" (CWDC, 2011b).
