"enrolments from" is correct and usable in written English.
It typically refers to the number or group of people who have enrolled or registered for something, such as a course, program, or event. Example: The university saw a significant increase in enrolments from international students this year.
Enrolments from students living in rural and remote areas (think the outback) are only about a third of what they should be.
And the University of Phoenix, America's largest private education provider, has sharply increased enrolments, from 384,000 to 455,000 in the past year.
