According to reports from BuzzFeed News and Vox, the department notified local organizations Monday that regional Health and Human Services officials won't be helping prepare for or carry out enrollment and promotion efforts.
The program had no effects on enrollment status or grade promotion.
With his executive order encouraging the spread of cheap, unregulated insurance policies; with his Administration's decision to slash spending on the advertising and promotion of Obamacare enrollment; and, now, with this latest premeditated act of vandalism, whose ultimate victims will include some of his own supporters, he has done all he can to bring the system crashing down around him.
The following is a transcript of that conversation, which took place before the Trump administration announced significant cuts to promotions, advertising and enrollment assistance.
The seven functions are: 1) recruitment and training, 2) materials for the program, 3) remuneration, 4) monitoring progress, 5) addressing CHF benefits, 6) promotion to attract enrollments, and 7) addressing the quality of health care.

In response to an Oct. 8 news article, "Picture Books No Longer a Staple for Children," the library at Birch Lane Elementary School (enrollment: 600) dedicated the entire month of February to the promotion of picture books for every person, every reader.
