To get enriched text (X^E) from input text X, it first goes through pre-processing, conceptualization and co occurrence phase.
The enrichment phase adds context to the original short text while the classification phase classifies the enriched text to a certain category.
The enriched text then goes through a deep neural network to produce a prediction label for that short text representing it's category.
