The phrase "enjoy he" is not grammatically correct.
"He" is a pronoun that should not be used as a verb in this context. If you want to express that someone is enjoying something, you should use the full verb "enjoy," followed by the pronoun (he, she, it, they): Example: He enjoyed the movie.
