Compared with the cavernous haemangiomas, all 16 schwannomas showed enhancement starting from a wide area and heterogeneous or homogeneous enhancement later (Fig. 2).
Our results demonstrate that, in presence of a well-defined, ovoid, intraconal mass with markedly homogeneous hyperintensity signal on T2-weighted imaging, one small point or portion of enhancement initially noted after administration of contrast medium and "progressive" enhancement on later enhancement images, favours the diagnosis of cavernous haemangioma instead of schwannoma.
3GPP R8 introduces the main technical specifications of SRVCC [4] with many enhancements added later to support emergency call continuity in 3GPP R9 [10] and to support mid-call feature and alerting phase in 3GPP R10 [11].
Although not common, this sign is thought to be specific for AIP, particularly in the focal form [18]. Post contrast, in early phase imaging there is classically decreased enhancement within affected regions relative to normal pancreatic parenchyma, with moderate and persistent enhancement during later delayed phases.
This hypothesis is supported by the fact that the enhancement of later strength coincides with the shift in pore size.
However, for the dusk region (18 LT), the peak enhancement occurs later, at approximately 2.5 h after the flare onset.
Functional imaging techniques such as DWI and dynamic contrast enhancement (discussed later) may also increase diagnostic accuracy in this setting.
This enhancement is later depreciated after several used and raised the concern of the stability of the nanoparticles suspension stability in the base fluid due to the phase change of the water.
On the other hand, if the enhancement appeared later than 10 s after contrast agent injection, the blood supply of lung lesions was indicated as bronchial arteries.
Dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI demonstrates a similar pattern of enhancement as seen on CT (non-enhancement on the early phase, with enhancement seen on later phases) (Figs. 3b, c and 4a, b).
