"enhanced readability" is a correct and usable phrase in written English
It is usually used in contexts which emphasize improving the readability of a text, such as rewriting it to make it more understandable or providing additional illustrations to help the reader better understand the contents. For example, "The revisions to the report included enhanced readability to ensure all readers had a clear understanding of the data."
