"end of program" is a grammatically correct phrase and can be used in written English.
It refers to the conclusion or completion of a specific program or activity. Example: "Thank you all for attending our annual conference. That's all for today's presentations; we will reconvene tomorrow morning at 9 am for the end of program ceremonies and award ceremony."
