Encouraging correlations between assay results and clinical outcome have been reported [ 16], and use of the assay in one centre (University of Köln, Köln, Germany) for patients with recurrent ovarian cancer produced a 64% response rate with improved progression-free survival [ 17].
The overall daytime correlations results are not encouraging; the correlation factor is within 0.12 0.56 and entirely positive.
Based on heuristic mental models of end users, this display encourages visual correlation, data interrogation, exploration and discovery (Fig. 1).
As proof of principle, we were encouraged that correlation plots of gene expression and methylation (Table 2; Fig. 7) confirmed past studies showing that BRCA1 methylation is associated with decreased gene expression [ 14, 24], and preferentially methylated in ER-negative and basal-like breast cancer [ 11, 18].
Thus, while the results are encouraging for the correlation of BED-DVH's to rectal toxicity, the correlation to bladder toxicity using the integral dose/AUC endpoint did not reach statistical significance, likely due to the limitations in sample size.

Statistic significant correlations (Table 3) between independent variables are neither too high (ρ < 0.7) nor too low (ρ > 0.25), avoiding problems of perfect correlations and encouraging the probability of consistent findings from the regression analysis.
Then, and the next day, Rubio and Trump engaged in an unproductive discussion about hand size, encouraging speculation about provocative correlations.
These correlations are encouraging as the SJT content was not derived from HEXACO items and are also distinct with respect to question style, response format and test construction methodology.
