When Eileen Munro published her review of child protection for the current government in 2011, she emphasised, yet again, the importance of a system in which encourages "professions to work together well in order to build an accurate understanding of what is happening in the child or young person's life, so the right help can be provided".
The magistrates have, by some small privileges, encouraged this profession: to an increase of labor they have joined an increase of gain; and have gone so far as to make those people better pleased with their condition than with any other which they could have embraced.
Though there is the odd example in England and Wales of the successful solicitor-run estate agency, efforts a decade ago to encourage the profession to embrace it more widely failed – in part, out of fear of losing work from estate agents – and a property slump is not the best time to give it another go.
They remain somehow like the girls they were when they first entered the profession, encouraged not to think about their futures, anxious to remain the same body shape they were when they were teenagers.
As this trend continues, healthcare education will need to implement administrative and educational processes that encourage different professions to collaborate and share resources.
As regards education, engineering professions should be promoted, and young people are to be encouraged to acquire professions in IT, design, and engineering.
Active enhancement is encouraged by the engineering profession.
Maybe graduate students should be even more actively encouraged to police the profession.
Top performers will be singled out for recognition and poor performers will be given additional training or encouraged to seek a profession more suitable to their skills.
The teaching profession is encouraged to design and implement teacher codes of conduct, based on the highest ethical and professional standards, and to be oriented around the goal of teaching all students effectively and equally.
