SRST2 was designed specifically to generate clinically informative genomic profiles of bacterial pathogens - encompassing sequence type, antibiotic resistance genes and virulence genes - direct from raw sequence data.
The region encompassing sequence LOGO #1 from all CID C sequences was aligned using ClustalX 2.0.12 software, and a default color code was applied.
