A retrospectively gated, through-plane PC-MR sequence was used with the following parameters: flip angle = 30°, number of signal averages = 2 - 5, TR = 52 - 76 ms, TE = 4.6 - 8.2 ms, V enc = 5 - 20 cm/ s, 11 - 17 cardiac phases, 10 mm slice thickness, 128 x128 matrix, 25.6 cm field of view and flow encoding in the right/left direction.
Between d 0 and 200, ADG by SOG cattle was 1.00 kg/d, which was greater (P < 0.05) than REVG (0.95 kg/d) or ENC (0.95 kg/d).
Growth rates by cattle (n = 986) grazing for 200 d and treated with Synovex One Grass (SOG; 150 mg of trenbolone acetate, 21 mg of estradiol benzoate), Revalor-G (REVG; 40 mg of trenbolone acetate, 8 mg of estradiol), or Encore (ENC; 43.9 mg of estradiol) were measured under field use conditions in a randomized complete block design.
Codon usage bias was measured by ENC [17] and CBI [19], both implemented in DnaSP 3.51.
The low codon usage bias has also been observed among other RNA viruses, such as the EBOV (ENC: 57.23) [ 43], chikungunya virus (CHIKV; ENC: 55.56) [ 44], bovine viral diarrhea virus (ENC: 50.91) [ 45], classical swine fever virus (ENC: 51.7) [ 13], hepatitis C virus (HCV; ENC: 52.62) [ 46], and West Nile virus (ENC: 53.81) [ 11].
The lowest value of ENc (indicating the most pronounced codon usage bias) was observed for sea lamprey (ENc: 42.41), followed by stickleback (ENc: 48.62) and Tetraodon nigroviridis (ENc: 49.11).
Furthermore, it was found that GRAVY had significantly positive correlations with ENC, GC3S, and GC values, whereas ARO had significant negative correlations with GC3S and GC and non-significant correlations with the ENC value (Table 5).
It could be also assumed that codon bias might determine the mitochondrial genome in a specific way and transcend the boundary of phylogenetic relationships of species [ 65].> -wrap-foot> Note: All of the ENc, GC3s%, GC% are mean values.
Hospitalisation costs (mean cost per stay) were estimated using the French DRG hospital database and the Etude Nationale de Couts (ENC) 2006 (Base de données PMSI, 2006; Etude Nationale de Coûts, 2006).
The scores corresponding to each of the three parts related to the ENC vignette plus total score are shown by facility type in figure 2. Only 3 of the 64 facilities, two main district hospitals and one private hospital, scored 80% or higher overall and were classified as providing a high quality of ENC; 76.6% (49) achieved low-quality scores.
We found significant expression of all three zebrafish enc genes (enc1, -2, and -3) in developmental stages ranging from 12 to 24 hpf (fig. 6).
