In addition to running training workshops and quarterly networking events to enable members to get together and share experiences, it provides an "employment availability list", enabling producers and production companies to see which members are available for work, and to check their particular skills.
We should view this as Bharara's signal of future employment availability to any high-paying sector – particularly one that can spot a team player.
