The phrase 'emotion on' is not correct and usable in written English.
If you wanted to express emotional activities or states, you would have to use a phrase like "emotional on", which means feeling or expressing strong emotions. For example: "My brother was emotional on the day of his wedding", or "The movie was so touching and I got emotional on".
