Email needs to return to a quick, efficient communication tool in its own right.
Email needs some sort of quick response or maybe even a no-response reply system.
Implementing it universally, and without breaking device operations (ouch, encrypted email) needs to continue to be a focus of the cyber community.
The quality is high but there is a lot of noise out there noe so the email needs to be good now.
(Haven't checked out my TechCrunch address, though…) It's reasons like this that draw me to email-improving startups, whether mobile apps, CRM tools, filtering products, etc. Email needs to get better.
