Global DNA methylation pattern has been investigated in elongated day-16 embryos and day-50 placentas derived from NT, IVP and AI pregnancies.
The present findings reveal that there is no significant difference in global DNA methylation in elongated day-16 embryos and day-50 placentas derived from NT, IVP and AI.
In contrast, there was no significant difference in global DNA methylation pattern comparing elongated day-16 embryos as well as day-50 placentas between NT, IVP and AI pregnancies.
