The electrical I-V curves are presented in order to assess the performance of the CPV system using the two different solutions.
The electrical I-V characteristics of the produced nanowire samples were measured at different temperatures using a Keithley 4200 semiconductor parameter analyzer (Hsinchu, Taiwan).
