17 Overall, findings from the present study show that in genotype 3 infected patients without cirrhosis, a 12-week treatment with DCV plus SOF is efficacious, compared with the current 24-week, all-oral regimens containing RBV. SVR12 rates were comparable across subgroups based on gender, age, baseline HCV-RNA levels, and IL28B genotype.
