Cost-effectiveness analysis will then be conducted against the primary outcome measure (any breastfeeding at six months) to estimate incremental cost-effectiveness ratio in terms of additional cost per additional woman breastfeeding to six months.
Bootstrapped cost effect pairs will then be plotted on cost effectiveness planes and used to estimate cost effectiveness acceptability curves (CEACs).
