The aim of the present work is to demonstrate the effectiveness of the Experimental Design methodology for evaluating the effects of these factors.
Results confirm the effectiveness of the experimental manipulation, because of a significant effect of Treatment on amplitudes of motor evoked potentials recorded from the right abductor pollicis brevis (F1,9 = 10.54; p = 0.01) and a significant Treatment × Night interaction (F1,9 = 11.68; p = 0.007).
The calculated results coincide favorably with the test results, verifying the credibility and effectiveness of the experimental methods.
