In this work, we present a fundamental investigation for the effect of the thickness of PSi and of its sintering time on strain and surface roughness.
Unexpectedly, coadministration of salubrinal and PSI did not block or reduce the cytotoxic effect of either PSI alone or the PSI/VPA combination but further stimulated apoptosis induction under both conditions (Fig. 1A).
