It is widely agreed among medical educators that the effects of the educational environment, both academic and clinical, are important determinants of medical students attitudes, knowledge, skills, progression and behaviours [ 2, 3].
It should be noted that our effect size for knowledge gains is very similar to other studies in the literature that evaluated the effect of peer educators in courses of similar length.[ 9] Secondly, we conducted our study using a single course in a single medical school with a clinical presentation curriculum, so our results may not be generalizable.
And think of the trickle-down effect of honoring educators this way, which could conceivably change the feelings of efficacy of all educators on a large-scale basis.
Consequently, a clear effect of the crisis has been the reduction in the number of educators working in the NH's staff.
The call for more "pressure" from the educators was stressed in future training courses and supervision of the educators.
What perhaps is surprising, however, is new anecdotal and empirical evidence of the positive effects of nonwhite educators for children of all backgrounds.
The effect of the uncertainty in this calculation is explored using the extreme values (minimum and maximum) obtained for the peer educators' value.
The negative effects of incompetent nurse educators, lack of appropriate educational resources, oppressive methods of education, and using nursing students as part of the work force have also been confirmed by Adib hagbaghery et al. (2004); Espeland and Shanta (2001) and Chun-Heung (1997) [ 12- 14].
With decades of experience, the Fulbright Program clearly welcomes the positive effects of the regular exchange of scholars and educators of proven excellence on broad issues of cultural diplomacy like peace, the progress of democracy, and economic cooperation over time.
