On balance, US Government reaction to Benghazi was probably not (or not only) an effect of the ideological bent of particular policy-makers – it was also an artefact of the new environment where larger numbers of spontaneous, self-radicalised attackers raised the background clutter, letting more serious adversaries (AQIM and AS Libya) fly under the radar.
In addition, an investigation was carried out using a total of 45 different bent and column geometries to study the effect of the number of fiber sections (along the bent column length), plastic hinge locations, and lengths in DRAIN3DX and SAP2000.
The effect of double-bent blade implement angles on soil disturbance area, percent of residues remaining on soil surface, clod mean weight diameter (MWD), and soil bulk density was investigated using a split plot experiments in a randomized complete block design.

Maximum Pb sorption capacity of the Bent and PAA Bent predicted by Langmuir model were 52.3 and 93.0 mg g−1, respectively, showing that the synthesized nanocomposite superiorly adsorbed Pb from the solution as compared to the Bent.
However, the amount of Pb II) sorbed per unit mass of the Bent or PAA Bent samples reduced with increasing the sorbent dosage.
They unfortunately did not comment on any difficulties associated with removal of the bent nails.
