'edited of' is not a correct or commonly used phrase in written English
The correct preposition to use with 'edited' is 'out.' For example: "The unnecessary parts were edited out of the document." Another correct phrase could be 'edited for,' which means to make changes or corrections with a specific purpose in mind. For example: "The article was edited for punctuation errors."
