Two and one QTLs were associated with CD1 and CD2, respectively and were identified only in the C2-2 agro-ecology zone.
Even though, five GY QTLs were detected in multiple agro-ecology zones, there were no QTLs significant in all locations.
Out of 12 GY QTLs, only two QTLs (LG2 and 3) were consistent across three agro-ecology zones.
In addition, QTLs on LG3 for GY and SB were detected in all three agro-ecology zones where agronomic traits were measured for this study.
