In this study, we aimed to describe commonly occurring chromosomal alterations in EBC (stage I and II) and to explore the implications of recurrently altered regions (RAR) on patient prognosis.
A total of 145 EBCs (stage I and II) were examined in this study.
In particular, 21 of the 23 RARs overlap recurrent copy number alterations identified in EBCs (stage I and II) from whites, blacks, and Hispanics by Thompson et al.'s recent study [ 15].
