JOE'S PUB 425 Lafayette St .(212-539-8777) — March 22: Spottiswoode & His Enemies, a septet led by the singer-songwriter Jonathan Spottiswoode, celebrates its tenth anniversary with a show and a pair of new releases, the cinematic concept album "That's What I Like" and "Salvation," a more folksy, down-to-earth collection.
