Indeed, during a phase reduced to a single timepoint, there are only r repeated measurements to estimate the autoregressive models.
Amongst the group of trial participants who continued to smoke, regarding the outcome of increase in number of quit attempts, at both 3 and 6 month follow-up timepoints there was a statistically higher percentage of individuals in the intervention group compared to the control group who reported that they had made a quit attempt of at least one week.
At the same timepoint there was no detectable β-galactosidase activity in the intestines of Cre-negative Lkb1fl/fl mice induced with β-naphthoflavone (fig 1, C, Cre−).
