There are going to be problems during the absorption phase.
After oral administration, there were two peaks in the plasma concentration during the absorption phase.
Parameter estimates were reliable with small RSEs (Table 2), except for the mean absorption transit time which displayed a high RSE (106%) as few samples were collected during the absorption phase.
