At the laboratory, samples were extracted using the QIAamp DNA Mini Kit (Qiagen), quantified using the Quantifiler Duo Kit and profiled using the AmpFℓSTR® SGM Plus® PCR Amplification Kit (both Applied Biosystems).
There's the LovePalz duo kit, which seems to be the most intense of all, with parts for both the male and female to simulate sex across long distances and still feel each other's movements in real time.

The SD BIOLINE HIV/syphilis Duo test kit is a solid phase immunechromatographic assay for qualitative detection of antibodies to all isotopes (IgG, IgM, IgA) specific to HIV-1/2 and/or Treponema palladium in human serum, plasma and whole blood.
First, we carried out the one- and two-step assays outlined above using a panel of 59 in-house human sera that had been pre-screened with the commercially available Vidas HIV Duo Quick kit, shown in Figure 3.

The in-house panel of 59 sera samples (consisting of 22 HIV positive and 37 HIV negative sera), pre-screened using Vidas HIV Duo Quick kit (bioMérieux SA, Marcy I'Etoile, France), was obtained from the Department of Virology, University of Turku.
