It's probably the dumbest thought in rock.
When a senator like John McCain or Chuck Schumer says something dumb, the first thought that goes through the head of Stewart and his ace staff isn't to get their high-powered pal on the phone to help them weasel their way out of it.
Instead of thinking "I'm so dumb!" work to change those thoughts to "Well, I messed that up, but I learned A,B, and C, and next time I will do better".
According to Deadline, Sean Anders and John Morris (the men who brought you Sex Drive) have been hired to write the sequel to Peter and Bobby Farrelly's original Dumb & Dumber with the thought of reuniting the Farrellys with stars Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels.
Or if they had been dumb enough to ramble their every impulsive thought to a journalist for a national magazine.
MR: It could also be a cheerful thought because none of that dumb stuff we ask for in wishes really matters.
