It is typically used to refer to a repeating motif or theme in a sentence, where there are two distinct elements or patterns present. Example: The author's writing style has a dual pattern, alternating between romantic descriptions and dark, gritty scenes.
The procedure as a whole effectively describes the testing under dual pattern alternatives.
In the dual pattern, this may be the person charged with management functions, in the single pattern, when it occurs, it may be the district committee or an addition to it.
