The value of dSF declines as the adsorption amount of PAA increases, which means the adsorption may lower the surface roughness of the carbon nanotubes.
While the DSF is based on expectancy value, decisional conflict and social support theories, it also addresses complex situations faced by patients in contemporary health dilemmas [ 11].
Variables investigated were initial pH of DSF, volume of water added to 10 g of DSF and incubation temperature.
It is found that the mean values of the DSF for the damaged and undamaged signals are different.
Additional information on the thermal stability of the N-terminal domain was obtained by DSF, which provided lower Tm values than those obtained with thermal-dependent CD, indicating that the loose 3D structure of hArc is less stable than the secondary structure.
Dappu-DSF is a homolog to DSF in D. melanogaster (Table 1).
However, one should be cautious in interpreting these previous reports, including our own, because the values of FM, SF (SSF and DSF) and VF were evaluated without consideration of the individual body type of the subject.
DSF experiments were carried out at two pH values equivalent to the two different cellular compartments where GALC folds and is active: the ER (pH 7.4) and the lysosome (pH 4.6), respectively (Fig. 4A).

The recommendations might carry special value for the design and implementation of DSFs in similar LMIC settings.
This stability change has been successfully exploited in drug discovery programmes, whereby ligand-induced changes in Tm values are used to identify or rank hits (e.g. with DSF, Table S2) [2].
