Following lengthening contractions, smaller drops in force for mdx EDLs after 10 contractions were observed for mice treated with prednisolone (7%) and VBP15 (11% at 15 mg/kg, p < 0.05), in comparison to vehicle (Supporting Information Fig 1A).
