Drop your elbows into your "back pockets," while squeezing your shoulder blades together and keeping your hands up.
Start in the same starting position as above, but drop your elbows a bit so that they are angled slightly toward the ground but still held away from your body.
Rotate forward while dropping your elbow.
Keep your elbow elevated; "dropping your elbow" is the most common mistake throwers make and it can damage your shoulder over time.
Whenever you look back, drop your opposite elbow about five to eight centimetres (two to three inches).
Simply take one tin of beans in each hand (for example) ad hold them above your head now, drop your from your elbows your hands behind you head and back up, and repeat this until you feel like your going to drop the food item in your hand.
Your elbows should be in one plane of motion as your hands so be careful not to drop your hands lower than your elbows otherwise that creates the wrong angle in your shoulders.
Practice dropping your shoulder and lightly pressing your elbow against your waist.
As you are doing this, begin to raise your throwing arm out of the sweet spot so that is is parallel to the ground, without allowing your elbow to drop towards your hip.
