"drop of voltage" is a correct and usable phrase in written English.
It is used to describe a decrease in electrical potential or the amount of voltage in a circuit. Example: "The circuit experienced a drop of voltage when the faulty resistor was replaced."
A peak in the THD curve often indicates a transient drop of voltage.
