Various combinations of Gal4 and Gal80 drivers were combined genetically to limit Gal4 activity to each of parasegments 4, 5, 6, and 7, which approximately correspond to the second thoracic through the second abdominal segments.
The remaining seven drivers were combined in a way that resulted in meaningful scenarios.
