In patients who received 113 (71 to 160) mg drip methylprednisolone (P = 0.14) or 10 (5 to 12.5) mg dexamethasone (P = 0.44), blood glucose levels did not change over time.
The LND treatment increased drip loss (P < 0.05), had a trend to increase intramuscular fat (IMF) content (P = 0.09), decreased Warner Bratzler shear force (WBSF) of pork (P < 0.05), improved mRNA level of μ-calpain (P < 0.05) in skeletal muscle, but had no effect on gene expression of calpastatin, compared with the CD treatment.
The portions had the smallest drip losses (p < 0.05) of any of the products evaluated; these being on average ca. 3 and 6 times lower than the fillets of brand 4 and 1, respectively.
Drip the P-tex wax into the gouge until it is filled, or touch it to the gouge for more accurate filling.
We used an old clothes iron to wax the bases and dripped molten P-tex, a kind of polyethylene candle, into any gouges.
For example, epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) showed highest positive correlation with drip loss (r = 0.67, p < 0.0001).
