Gene expression scores for differentiated CTLs, activated dendritic cells, and inflammatory cytokines were respectively calculated as the average expression values of CD247, CD8A, GZMB, IFNG; CD86, CD83, HLA- DRA; and IL18, IL1B, IL6, TNF.
