In IEPy mice, burrowing activity decreased and recovered earlier (8 10 dpi) than open field (20 40 dpi) but remained unaltered in the EEPy group.
DPI formulations appear to be subject to strong triboelectric effects.
It was surprising that no pronounced small-field tuning has been obtained with DPI, since this distinguishing characteristic of FD-cells was previously obtained with a similar model [25].
