Laboratory double-deformation isothermal tests and multipass continuous cooling hot torsion tests were used to study the static recrystallization of austenite under isothermal and anisothermal conditions as well as to simulate the hot rolling of a 0.13% V-microalloyed steel.
Hot monotonic, double-deformation and reversed torsion deformation of AISI 316L stainless steel was investigated with a constant equivalent strain rate of 0.006 s−1 in the temperature range 850 1100 °C.
